Car Rules and Regulations
Rules and Regulations for the "Win a 2 Year Lease of a Chevy
Cobalt Raffle"
Winner must be at least 18 years old.
Winner is responsible for taxes and title on the lease.
Winner is subject to credit approval.
Winner must complete all paperwork to the satisfaction of Spitzer
Chevy on 333 E. Aurora Rd, Northfield, OH 44067.
Winner must have proof of insurance and a valid driver's license.
The lease is a 12,000 mile/yr lease.
If the monies generated from this raffle are not sufficient to cover
the cost of the lease, then a monetary prize will be awarded instead
of the 2 year lease.
Winner has the choice of the lease or an equivalent cash prize (of
as much as $4,000, but not guaranteed to be that amount.)
